I wanted to do a New Year's painting of some sort. I really wanted to sit down and paint with acrylics today, but I didn't feel like it after cleaning! When I am sick, I have urges to clean and throw away tons of stuff. Anyways, I want to start practicing scenes and story and composition. This time I chose something simple but colorful. I imagine book-worms have their "spot" that they love to read. Kinda inspired by some friends who just LOVE books. I swear if you sawed their brain open it would be a book!

3 hours total. I wanted to stylize it and make it peaceful.
